My client is looking for a Senior Director to lead, develop and own client relationships, manage large and/or multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality work product, client satisfaction and ongoing staff development.Working on multiple projects in parallel. Responsible for creating new business development, while cultivating key client relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance and grow current business.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Actively participate in and contributes to the senior leadership of the business, including setting business strategy, participating in initiatives that encourage colleague engagement and satisfaction, promoting business growth, and ensuring operational and methodological excellence.
Collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution
Provide leadership and direction as part of consulting team delivering high quality pricing and market access services to biopharmaceutical industry clients
Coordinate prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery for projects with resource and project leaders
Contribute to business growth within consulting services and expansion of these service lines
Achieve revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement and support project leads in client management, project delivery and sales activities
Create new business opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, pro-actively identifying and proposing technical and strategic solutions
Identify and develop talent both inside and outside of the existing team
Qualifications:
Minimum required:
Bachelors degree
Other required:
8-10 years experience executing pricing and market access consulting services, with a demonstrated track record of success in business development
Broad technical knowledge of pricing and market access in Europe and other global markets
Successful review of project or data outputs, interpret results, and develop/deliver presentations
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of buyers of pricing and market access services
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assigned accounts simultaneously and related revenue
Strong strategic and technical writing skills
Excellent communication skills
Successful history meeting deadlines while working on multiple parallel projects
Preferred:
Postgraduate degree - MBA, MSc or PhD
Demonstrated success in leading new business opportunities to include attracting and delivering new business revenue at targets based on experience level
