HR Operations Specialist
I currently have an exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Operations Specialist to work with a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company.
The purpose of this role will be responsible for providing case management support to employees and managers who have been escalated by the HR Service Delivery team, working closely with other HR operations teams.
Job responsibilities include:
-Being accountable for the provision of advice and guidance on a variety of case management issues.
-Managing a portfolio of business change and in-country projects with HRBPs.
-Providing support to HRBPs and others to execute the delivery of the cyclical HR process.
-Providing advice and guidance on case management issues.
-Identifying and analysing legal and compliance risks in employment situations.
-Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and HRBPs to deliver end-to-end business change projects.
Candidate requirements include:
-A degree in a relevant discipline.
-Fluent in English and Dutch.
-Knowledge and experience across core HR functions.
-Extensive experience in managing high risk employment related cases from intake to resolution.
-Ability to lead and implement strategic HR projects.
