Up to $140,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits

My client, who is an accomplished consulting firm with offices in some of the worlds major cities, are looking for an Associate Director of Evidence Synthesis to work within the Health Economic and Outcomes Research Division. Specifically we are looking to speak with those who have significant experience in systematic-literature reviews and/or indirect treatment comparisons (e.g. NMA, MAIC, STC etc/) for the purpose of HTA submissions.

My client has a well-funded established global portfolio, they pride themselves on being leaders with vision, as the Associate Director you will be responsible for overseeing sophisticated evidence synthesis projects in a multi-level team structure. With the support of the Director, you will be responsible for understanding clients research objectives and place in overall product strategy, develop high quality deliverables, manage client relationships, manage team capacity and workload and monitor financial performance.

Day-to-day

Lead evidence synthesis projects top support the HTA process, fostering effective communication

Develop client ready deliverables including protocols, stat analysis plans and ensuring any deviations align with objectives

Reviews update slides/minutes and actions for overall study and viewed by client as independent researcher for specific study

Accountable for timely delivery and financial performance of projects; estimates required hours and identifies challenges early on; and communicates any changes and possible solutions to senior team members if necessary

Contributing to resourcing discussions

Proactively managing client expectations and working with senior team members to implement strategies to problem solving

Supporting business development by contributing to research proposals and presentation content, participating in customer meetings

Serving as a line manager and mentor for junior staff

Qualifications

5-8 years experience in HEOR

Masters degree in a relevant subject e.g. Health Economics, public policy, health policy, biostatistics, or public health

To be considered for this role you will need technical expertise in systematic literate reviews and/or indirect treatment comparisons e.g. NMA, MAIC, STC for the purpose of HTA submissions. Knowledge of the consulting environment is a must as well as knowledge of the pharma industry as a client.
