Role: HR Solutions Manager Reward

Duration: 3 month initial (but potentially a year at least)

Location: Largely remote position however occasionally may need to visit site.

Rates per day: £450 per day

Our client has started the HR transformation journey, with the aim to improve the employee experience overall. To help them achieve that, the HR Solutions team is looking for an HR Solutions Manager for Total Reward.

As HR Solutions Manager-Reward you will report into the HR Services and Solutions organisation and work closely with senior stakeholders from the Reward team. You will be responsible for delivering end to end process improvement, apply thought leadership, implement and drive change to achieve efficiency and simplification at scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As HR Solutions Manager-Reward you will report into the HR Services and Solutions organisation and work closely with senior stakeholders from the Reward team. You will be responsible for delivering end to end process improvement, apply thought leadership, implement and drive change to achieve efficiency and simplification at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Reward teams, HRBPs, Shared services and other global teams to lead & drive end-to-end process improvement on key Reward processes with improved employee experience at the core e.g- Pay Review/Annual bonus/ Global Mobility/benefit management etc. Execute process re-design utilizing analytics/data to drive prioritized improvements.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for Reward areas liaising with CI manager and IT partners.
  • Partner with the IT team to improve automation of activities on a variety of systems and ensure current SuccessFactors system is leveraged to its full potential including SF half yearly enhancements. Brings the outside in- introduce and analyse new products and technology along with IT team, that fits the strategic roadmap
  • Partner with Change Management team on effective process change management & communication plans when required. Lead implement and monitor process performance goals and measures
  • Improve employee & HR facing content/knowledge for employee lifecycle processes by applying new HR knowledge/content guidelines
  • Play a key role as part of the design authority that governs any changes to process and technology. Create business case for projects and lead it through sponsorship, scoping, authorisation and subsequently mobilisation.
  • Establish and sustain an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across HR process activities. Lead the development of HR projects to realise the key capability requirements of the future operating model.
  • Own senior HR Exec / SME / stakeholder relationships, manage demands and engage with the business/other solution areas to ensure updated systems and processes are effective across the employee lifecycle and successfully adopted within the business
