Job title: Pharmaceutical Strategic Business Manager

Location: Berkshire

CPL Life Sciences is working exclusively with a global pharmaceutical client that specialise in dermatology to hire a highly experienced Strategic business manager.

The purpose of this role is to allow the Company UK/IEto innovate within specialist dermatology customer engagement and partnership.My client aims to challenge the status quo and curate an industry leading omnichannel go to market model and this role will spear head the strategic marketing, lead the organisational development and continually analyse performance to make agile decisions to ensure brand success.Proven leadership under pinned by speed, agility, innovation and courage stand out as key attribute this role will need to demonstrate.

Main responsibilities:

Commercial leadership (3+ FTE) of the UK/IE omnichannel business unit, reports to the Bio dermatology Business Unit Director and with a dotted line reporting line to the Head of Omnichannel Capabilities and Commercial Excellence.

Lead, motivate and develop the product sales and marketing team to deliver against agreed sales targets within defined budgets and timelines

Co-develop the product go-to-market model through agile leadership methodologies

Contribute as a key member to the Company UK/IE Omnichannel Leadership Team sharing learnings and championing best practices to help future-proof operating models

Lead the development of the UK/IE commercial plan for the product to highlight how the strategic plans will capitalise on opportunities and minimise threats in-line with Global/Region direction

Own, deliver and gain organisational buy into the product digital-led engagement strategy to drives best practice in IMCM execution and establish share of voice in target customer population

Own key external stakeholder relationships to ensure the Company advocacy supports the need for Support the co-development and execution of the product commercial deal and homecare services in Tier 1 accounts in collaboration with the relevant stakeholder

Responsible for all medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and ABPI compliance which underpin all activities

Foster strong working relationships with global/region counter-parts to influence content development and supply in the required volumes, modules and quality.
