Clinical Trial Assistant

12 month contract- Hybrid working in Berkshire

Home working 3 days, Office based 2 days

One of our specialist Pharmaceutical clients are seeking an experienced CTA to join them on an initial 12-month contract.

The role has working from home flexibility but requires site presence in Berkshire two days per week.

Key responsibilities shall include:

Oversight and management of the eTMF

Organising and maintaining the TMFs

Sponsor oversight files: collation of documents from monitors and/or CROs

Assist in setting up clinical study files

Create drafts of study specific documents.

Seek signatures for approved documents.

Support Clinical Project Managers

Arranging cross-functional meetings and distributing minutes

Review invoices

Assist with the tracking of project timelines

Maintain budget tracking tools when required

Key experience:

2+ years experience as CTA

Experience within a pharma/CRO environment is desirable

Knowledge of regulatory documents or terminology

Exposure to timeline and budget tracking

Experience with TMF

Able to multitask and prioritise tasks

Good communication skills
