CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Publications Lead to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry. This role is home based with occasional trips to Cambridge for meetings. This is a contract role for 6 months.

Salary:
Up to £1094 per day, Ltd. This role is outside IR35

Medical Publications Lead Role:

  • Leading the development and execution of the publication strategy and tactical plan for global clinical studies in humans from Phase I-IV, and non-clinical trial sources
  • Heading the development of scientific, clinical and RWE planning data into timely publications
  • Tracking existing publication plans to ensure alignment with evidence plans
  • Manage external agency partners to ensure accuracy of publication plan and publication deliverables with respect to time, quality and cost

Your Background:

  • Hold a relevant degree in a scientific or medical discipline
  • The ability to appreciate and work within a large strategic framework, while maintaining strong attention to detail and compliance to global publications ethical standards and company publications policy and SOPs
  • Strong therapeutic knowledge in oncology would be a distinct advantage
  • Broad understanding of drug development process
  • Working knowledge of Datavision publication management systems
  • Certification as a Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) desired
