An amazing opportunity for a highly motivated CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) to join a Biotech company in Switzerland on a permanent basis. Salary is dependent on experience.
The CISO will ensure that all cyber threats are responded to and IS framework adheres to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the IS Framework
Ensuring the IS Program is thoroughly defined and enforced
Monitor cyber threats and vulnerabilities to determine business ricks and potential countermeasures
Develop and maintain formal contingency plans that specify how the business will continue to operate if a disaster affects the IT systems
Develop training programs for company wise use
Establish Security Architecture principles and guidelines
Oversee the development on new solutions and ensuring that their design takes security into account from the beginning.
Profile
Masters Degree in Information Security or Computer Science or relevant experience.
Good knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO27000, NIST) and relevant technologies (IT, OT, cloud solutions)
Experience with relevant security related technologies
Minimum 10 years experience in the field of information security and technology, thereof minimum 5 years in a management role
Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
