The Job
As a Scientific Manufacturing Manager, you will be involved with a wide range of duties in this fast-paced role, including;
- Management of the Production team which consists of Scientists and Manufacturing staff
- Planning and implementing the manufacturing schedule, prioritising by considering customer demands
- Organise the annual plans for the department
- Managing production processes and documentation
- Resolve any problems that arise in production
- Work with senior management to provide updates
Your Experience
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience
- Proven experience within a scientific manufacturing environment (ideally within life sciences)
- Strong supervision/management skills
- Experience with end-to-end production planning
- A degree in a relevant scientific subject would be advantageous but is not required
