The Job
As a Scientific Technical Support Specialist, you will be involved with a wide range of duties in this fast-paced role, including;
- Work with clients to gain a strong understanding of their needs and respond to queries and complaints
- Provide technical support and advice on best practice with products
- Identify potential areas for expanding opportunities with customers by upselling or engaging other areas of the business
- Maintain a strong knowledge and understanding of the company's products
Your Experience
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience
- Proven experience working within a molecular biology/biomedical science environment working with infectious disease
- Strong communication skills to work with clients
