HR Associate - Talent Acquisition - Boston

A growing Medical Devices company in Boston, Massachusetts, are currently looking for a HR Associate with Talent Acquisition experience to help with the company's growth plans.

Your main duties will be focusing on the administrative duties of a HR Associate, including but not limited to processing payroll, managing benefits programmes, maintaining employee records, updating employee handbooks, maintaining company policies, perform evaluations and other duties. You'll take on more responsibilities as the company grows also.

You'll also take responsibility for the company's talent acquisition duties, this will include managing job specifications, writing adverts, engaging with recruiters, on-boarding candidates (compliance and also starters first days) and other duties to help with the company's continual growth.

The company are open to someone being home based, with visits to the Boston office a couple of times a month, however if you prefer to be in the office more often that would be fine.

We are looking for someone who has worked for small growing companies in the past, so you are used to continually changes that happen as a company grows.

You'll be managing HR duties for members of staff across the US, UK and Europe. If you have working in a HR role for a company that has member of staff across the globe it would be highly beneficial.

It is expected that you would hold a degree before moving into HR, however experience is more important.
