Job Title: GMP Process Lead

We are currently looking for a GMP Process Lead to join a highly regarded biopharmaceutical partner, who are looking for a process expert to aid them in setting up a new state-of-the-art GMP facility. The role will be supporting the cGMP manufacturing site and participating with all cGMP production manufacturing operations on site.
The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- The role will focus on the technical transfer of development projects into GMP manufactures.
- Contributing extensively to development and improvement activities, identifying, and addressing future needs of the team to deliver on area strategy.
- Generate, review, and approve a range of GMP documentation.
- Co-ordinate daily activities throughout the site and assist in the management of GMP manufacturing suites.
The successful GMP Process Lead will be educated to at least a degree level in a relevant subject and will have thorough industrial experience within GMP environments. They will also have a strong background in biologics or biopharmaceutical manufacturing and will ideally have knowledge of the fill-finish process. Experience of environmental monitoring would be beneficial, as well as experience within cleanrooms. It is essential you can take responsibility for diverse or complex technical activities where it is necessary to use own initiative and judgement, implementing innovative solutions in business-critical situations.
