Business Development Manager - Theatre or Surgeon Sales - Midlands

A growing international Medical Devices business are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager or Sales Manager to help build their client base across the Midlands.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager who can use their existing contacts with surgeons to build their sales base across the Midlands. As your territory will be across the Midlands you will ideally be based in one of the major cities such as Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby or another location that has good links to the motorway.

The company are selling a product that is taking the market by storm, the other Business Development Manager in the UK have seen the products sell fantastically and receive large bonuses.

As it is a new product and it is the latest technology in its field, however it is actually cheaper than the competition and they are on the NHS Framework (with CCG Reimbursement), allowing access to a large client base from day one.

This role has been created as the Business Development Managers in the North and South have not needed to enter the Midlands yet to exceed their targets, this means there is a large marketplace for you to take advantage of.

The company is growing and have a large finance support structure, offering career security. You will also be rewarded with an excellent starting salary, uncapped commission, car allowance and other excellent benefits.

We are looking for people who will be able to work on their own without handholding, however the first few months the National Sales Manager will work closely to offer you support and will continue to do so in the future.
