CK Group are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Macclesfield on a contract basis for 12 months.
Up to £35 per hour PAYE / £45 per hour UMB
Technical Support Engineer Role:
? Work with Production to integrate maintenance, improvement and production activities through short term maintenance plans.
? Implement and lead improvements in own team and on the plant improvement plans, identify and prioritise improvement opportunities & risks for assets/processes
? Utilise analysis tools including TPM, RCM, RCA, Value Mapping and FMEA to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities & risks for the assets
? Works with local and wider PET teams to deliver compliant improvements associated with GMP, SHE, robustness and reliability.
? Collate data to drive improvement business cases and deliver change using appropriate techniques, contributing to initiatives and projects.
? Relevant delivery experience of assets & process improvement practices within a highly regulated environment
? Relevant technical/engineering degree or HNC
? Statistical understanding (dataset etc)
? OEE/Pareto understanding & improvement performance measurements and skills to review and analyse as well as propose and implement improvements based on performance data
? Understanding of Site Procedures, relevant Engineering and Maintenance Standards and able to train others.
