Payroll Administrator

Merseyside   •  Contract/Temporary, Full time


CK Group are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Speke on a on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
£18 - £19 per hour

Payroll Administrator Role:
? Collate the information for the monthly processing of overtime and all other payment adjustments required for the site payroll.
? Calculate the payments for holiday overtime and reduced sickness payments.
? Check each pay component on the monthly report and reconcile the reports before payroll is confirmed as completed.
? Ensure all new-starters, leavers, promotions and other job changes are complete and approved within the Human Capital Management system for payroll processing.
? Be responsible for ensuring that all activities relating to the processing and reconciliation of the UK payroll.

Your Background:
? Experience in delivering an end to end Payroll service.
? Compliance with HMRC rules and regulations
? Experience in Human Capital Management system, such as ADP
? Experience in payroll systems.
? Experience with dealing with an outsourced payroll provider
