Customer Service Associate (Spanish / Portuguese)

CK Group are recruiting for a Spanish and Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
Up to £14.83 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.

Spanish and Portuguese speaking Customer Service Associate Role:
? Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP).
? Receive orders and enter them in SAP system, handle backorders and returns for customers, monitor all open orders.
? Handle customer routine complaints and disputes.
? Receive and resolve internal ad-hoc inquiries.
? Support internal and external audits.

Your Background:
? Spanish and Portuguese language required
? Excellent communication skills.
? Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
? Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
? SAP knowledge is advantageous .
