CK Groups Technical Division are recruiting for a Complaints Manager to join an international diagnostics company on a permanent basis.
The Company: Our client is an international specialist in infectious disease, with a diverse product range in oncology, microbiology, haematology and serology testing.
This role is located in Southampton.
As a Complaints Manager, you will be responsible for customer complaints investigation and documentation at our clients Southampton site.
Further responsibilities may include to:
? Coordinate complaint-related activities with Tech Support Team and other departments.
? Manage a team responsible for evaluating, investigating, and resolving complaints.
? Manage day-to-day activities related to the complaint process and sets priorities appropriately to ensure timely completion of tasks.
? Support projects and drives continuous improvement efforts related to the complaint handling process.
? Provide guidance on the interpretation of procedures, and applicable regulations.
? Support internal and external audits/inspections as required.
Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
? Direct experience handling complaints in the in-vitro diagnostic/medical device industry.
? Experience participating in internal/external inspections (e.g., FDA, Notified Bodies).
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Clinical or Laboratory background experience desirable.
