Job title: OCM Manager

Reports to: OCM Lead

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Hybrid: 2 days in office 3 days WFH

Package: 60,000 - 70,000 + 15% bonus + 1.5X multiplier + 6,600 car allowance + normal other benefits

This role will support OCM Lead in delivery of change management and comms plans for Planning and Forecasting project:

Responsible for the successful management of the change incurred by the P&F Programme

Drive the continuous impact of change assessment, to ensure actions plans are in place to drive the transformation

Develop and implement the overall change management plan, approach, governing principles, roles and responsibilities (incl. impact assessments), in collaboration with the FFF OCM Lead and business and technology teams, defining the change journey and the activities/actions required to manage the change, mitigate the risks and build capabilities

Develop, implement and maintain the communication plan: ensuring inputs from projects captured, and optimising plan to ensure communications are received effectively

Setup and maintain communications forums (e.g. Town Halls, Presentations, Lunch & Learns, webinars, newsletters) required by Planning and Forecasting programme, company-wide and region/country/team specific

Coordinate overall workstream stakeholder analysis and determine stakeholder readiness and capabilities

Structure and maintain the project change network, ensuring all participants are fully engaged and supporting the transformation activities

Create and execute action plans and communications tools to increase local stakeholder engagement, build capabilities and mitigate the impact of change to the business

Support and coordinate the training activities, including assessing the training needs, planning (incl. resourcing) and delivery

Support the programme and customers in executing Benefit KPIs through education and coaching, where required

Youll succeed because

youre financially qualified, with experience in forecasting and planning. You:

5+ years Organisational Change Management experience (Transformation, Culture and Process)

Global business /change transformation programmes

Expert in embedding new ways of working

Strategic and operational experience

Experience of working in a dynamic, time-pressured environment, globally and with virtual teams

Excellent English language skills both verbal and written

Effective and impactful communication skills with an ability to articulate complex concepts in concise language

Superior stakeholder navigation and management skills with strong influencing abilities

OCM governance and risk mitigation
