CK Group are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Macclesfield on a contract basis for 12 months.
Up to £250 PAYE or £300 LTD/Umb.
Facilities Manager Role:
? Improve and contribute to delivering the long-term strategy to develop Facility Management (FM) services.
? Govern and manage a range of services and assets across Campus.
? Supporting the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, as a key part of the Suppliers and Services (SAS) Team.
? Achieve service excellence in your accountable customer areas, and meet changing business needs which ensure your stakeholders can achieve their strategic and operational goals.
? Leading FM projects and innovations in areas such as technology, sustainability, laboratory services and quality.
? Ideally degree educated, or with an equivalent level of experience in leading services and suppliers, and managing partners.
? A demonstrably high level of experience in the management and delivery of FM services or the management of FM service delivery partners or contract management in the pharmaceutical business, especially GXP requirements.
? A fantastic networker, you should have an insight into the external supplier market place and have a track record of delivering innovation projects.
? You?ll need great influencing skills.
? Demonstrate Lean behaviours and to use relevant lean tools and techniques.
