Job Title: Recruiter

Pay Rate: 34 per hour

Duration: 9 months

Location: Remote until January, then 3 days per week in the office in London. This can be negotiable so please apply still if this is not possible.

CPL Life Sciences are currently working with a leading technology company who focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence. We are looking for 5 x Recruiters to join the team for a 9 x Month Contract.

Job description:

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

  • Managing the application pipelines and partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies
  • Using different sourcing software to build a pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Building and maintaining network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the organization, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the quality results to the customer
  • Sourcing for positions in the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and France - so any international Recruitment experience will be beneficial, but not essential

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
  • Ability to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
  • Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Experience in a similar role - 3 years+
