Inside Sales Manager - Team Leader - Boston
A growing Medical Devices company, based in Boston, are currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Team Leader to help manage a newly created Inside Sales Team.
You and your team will be establishing leads to sell a brand-new type of Medical Device across North America.
The new product is cutting edge and will be disrupting the sector, creating a great sales platform for you and your team to succeed.
You will be ideally in a team management role currently, helping your team deliver on sales and helping identify sales plans for your team. Specifically, you should have been in this type of role within the Medical Devices sector, and it would be advantageous if you have sold consumer focused Medical Devices such as diabetes, sleep apnea or other products that the public can purchase directly.
Ideally, your past work would have involved training your team members on the job and improving their sales techniques. As the company grows, this role will become more and more important and offer career progression for you.
