DMPK Scientist

CK Group are recruiting for a DMPK Scientist to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Melbourn on a contract basis for 6 months. This is an office based position not a laboratory based role.

Salary:
Hourly £20 per hour PAYE

DMPK Scientist Role:
? Support drug discovery and development. You will support the team in characterising the non-clinical toxicology, off-target pharmacology, metabolism and pharmacokinetics of molecules.
? Work with external global partners to coordinate and ensure effective delivery of quality drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) data and services for drug projects across the business portfolio.
? Work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of outsourced DMPK activities.

Your Background:
? An higher qualification in biology, pharmacology or a related subject or at least 10 years? experience working in a pharmaceutical company.
? Strong background/experience in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK).
? Expertise in bioanalysis or in vitro DMPK.
? Experience of delivery to multiple projects/customers
? Project management experience with ability to identify, mitigate and manage potential risks would be desirable.
