Editorial Assistant Medical communications
Office based, with an element of home-working flexibility each week
The Editorial Assistant will work with a team of experienced Medical Editors and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of medical education materials ensuring full compliance with internal, client and industry standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing editorial support through proofreading and quality checking of materials.
Working closely with the Editors to liaise with clients.
Supporting the project delivery team by providing regular project updates and maintaining an awareness of project budgets and timelines.
Supporting compliance management and using PowerPoint to edit slides as required.
This role would suit a Life Sciences graduate with at least a Masters degree in a Scientific discipline an understanding of the ABPI code is an essential requirement and any editing/editorial experience would be a great advantage too. Experience within a medical communications agency would also be strongly beneficial.
