Inside Sales Specialist - Boston - Sleep Apnea

A growing Medical Devices company, with a specialism in Sleep Apnea, are currently looking for three Inside Sales Specialists to join their sales team in their offices in Boston, Massachusetts. This role has been created due to the successful growth in the business.

This is an ideal role for a sales person who is looking for a more varied role with warmer calls. Your work will involve a number of different types of calls including chasing up quote decisions, calling old clients, upselling/cross selling to current customers along with a small amount of cold calling. So if you are in a role that only involves cold calling this could be an interesting role for you.

You will already be working in a sales or account manager type role, ideally within the Sleep Apnea, Respiratory, Diabetes or other field that sells to physicians. You will be given training on the products, but you will already need to have trained sales ability.

The large majority of your work will be based in the Boston office, so you will not be expected to travel often. However, the more successful you are in this role the more likely it is you will be given more responsibility, I would expect this may mean future travel may be required so it would be useful if you are open to travelling for your work.

We do not expect you to be an overly experienced sales specialist, in fact you could just be moving onto your second role in industry. It is more important that you have the desire to do well and are self-motivated, when the Sales Director is out on meetings you will need to be able to be trusted to get on with your work without someone looking over your shoulder.
