Salesforce Architect

East Sussex   •  £500 - £650 per annum  •  Contract/Temporary, Full time


We are currently looking for a Salesforce Architect to join a leading Life Sciences company based in the Middlesex area. As the Salesforce Architect you will be responsible for building and maintaining a technical strategy and roadmap that aligns to the business roadmaps, and supports our business needs as they evolve. This role will be a mixture of remote working and on site at one of the various client sites most local to you.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Salesforce Architect will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Working with business teams to identify gaps in business processes that could be addressed through enabling standard features within the platform.

2. Staying up to date with new functionality being released across the platform

3. Ensuring that security and performance are considered as part of changes to the platform

4. Managing and recommending improvements to integrations between the platform and other applications

5. Working with existing IT Salesforce team in getting technical requests resolved

6. Represent the Platform Architecture on cross-functional enhancements and projects, including the coordination and resolution of appropriate issues

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Salesforce Architect we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service cloud and Community Cloud)

2. Integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools

3. Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end state

4. Experience in ensuring data quality in the application

5. Experience in working on Lightning version and knowledge on lightning components

6. Working knowledge on automation tools (process builders, workflows and flows)

7. Working experience in Pardot or Marketing Cloud
