Project Coordinator - Medical Devices - Cambridge

A growing medical devices company based in Cambridge are in the process of expansion and are actively looking to strengthen their in-house R&D team by bringing on a Project Coordinator.

The role as Project Coordinator will give you the opportunity to work on world-class technologies whilst working closely with engineers, project managers, team leaders and external stakeholders.

The day-to-day activities will include working closely the R&D leaders to ensure the smooth running of highly complex and interdisciplinary projects. You will take responsibility for the general planning and tracking of the project, including schedules and resources, as well as assessing potential changes and how they might affect the project moving forward.

To be considered for this newly created role you will need to have the following;

  • Prior project management experience, ideally within a medical devices or biotechnology setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, with PRINCE2/PMP a distinct advantage.
  • Ideally a STEM-related degree, either in engineering or a scientific discipline.
