Customer Service Representative
An outstanding opportunity at a global, dynamic and highly respected life sciences organisation.
Location: Maidenhead Current WFH flex but from August will be 100% office based.
Duration: 6 months initially
Pay rate: 11.50 per hour PAYE
Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Skills / Requirements:
Experience working in a similar role.
Strong Customer service experience.
Previous experience working in a call centre environment is preferred.
Key is helpful customer service skills and good written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop relationships with key customers and suppliers.
Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
