Senior Associate, Global Clinical Trial Transparency

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for performing clinical trial registrations and results on clinicaltrials.gov and other similar databases worldwide as directed. You will be ensuring compliance with the processes which support the company policies for Clinical Trial Data Access and the Disclosure of Clinical Trial Information. Most importantly you will have the natural ability to collaborate with team members and be a dynamic and outgoing individual with the ability to liaise with key internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Performing/coordinating all activities for the registration and results posting to clinicaltrials.gov, EudraCT and similar databases worldwide in compliance with policy and procedures

Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure they understand their role in relation to disclosure obligations

Ensure source information is provided for disclosure activities in a timely manner

Ensure the company disclosure information databases are maintained and in compliance with relevant procedures

Key Candidate Requirements:

Education to BSc level or Equivalent

Good knowledge of clinical disclosure rules such as FDAAA801, EurdraCT, PhRMA/EFPIA principles for responsible data sharing etc.

Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry by having experience in one of the following areas
*Clinical trial transparency
*Clinical trial disclosure
*Medical Writing

A real ability to manage and organise multiple activities and tasks at one time

Ability to influence and persuade others, strong eye for detail and flexible in your approach.
