QA Officer - Must be willing to work shifts to cover 24/7 operations

Are you a QA officer with GMP experience within the Pharmaceutical industry?

This role provides QA oversight to operational activities across the manufacturing facility, this includes laboratory operations, warehouse and aseptically filled products.

Role:

  • Providing QA oversight of cleanroom manufacturing operations and testing processes; ensuring that all staff comply with GMP, COSHH and EHS regulations as well as departmental SOPs.
  • Training/coaching and mentoring of staff & QA peers.
  • Participating in a variety of Quality investigations, including change controls and risk assessments.
  • Active participation in Media Fills.
  • Physical and online review of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) records from key equipment to batch manufacturing records and QC testing.
  • Review and Closure of batch records with associated LIMS & SAP transactions.

Requirement's:

  • Relevant science-based degree; e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience working within a pharmaceutical quality function, ideally direct QA experience with steriles manufacturing.
  • A good working knowledge of the principles and guidelines of current Good Manufacturing Practices.'
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle a complex, varied workload.
