LIMS Project Manager

Essex   •  £500 per day  •  Contract/Temporary, Full time


We are currently looking for a LIMS Project Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Essex area. As the LIMS Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a new implementation of Openlab LIMS including all change management and ensuring the project is compliant to GxP, Gamp 5 standards

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the LIMS Project Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As LIMS Project Manager you will control the day-to-day aspects of project delivery across laboratory method definition, agreement, and implementation leveraging the Openlab CDS application

2. You will ensure that the LIMS solution Openlab is delivered in accordance with the relevant pharmaceutical quality policies, procedures and industry guidelines / best practice (e.g. GAMP5, GxP, 21 CFR).

3. Ensure change management is adhered to and the Openlab LIMS solution is following the correct work flows ensuring data integrity

4. Ensure that the LIMS Openlab application is delivered to formal software development lifecyle models such as AGILE and V-Model (GAMP 5). Knowledge of software testing would be an advantage

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the LIMS Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Proven project experience of delivering a LIMS solution in a pharmaceutical environment adhering to the SDLC and in a GxP, Gamp5 compliant manner

2. Knowledge of LIMS Openlab or similar LIMS solutions at an application level

3. Proven project experience in delivering change management including appropriate documentation including data integrity
