Charnwood Molecular have ambitious plans for growth, both in terms of capacity and remit, for their Process Research & Development (PR&D) department. Our new unit is committed to establishing world-class synthetic processes to furnish those quantities of our clients’ molecules required to move them from discovery and into development. Candidate specification:

We are seeking candidates with relevant industrial experience of at least three years, and a clear understanding of the philosophy and tenets of PR&D, and how these contrast with early-stage R&D chemistry. You will keen to build bridges with your Discovery Chemistry colleagues, foster outstanding working relationships with the Analytical Chemistry department and have unwavering client focus.
