An expanding Polymer Manufacturing Company based in the West Midlands is recruiting for a Conformal Coatings Chemist to join their busy Technical Team.
This is a permanent role, salary is dependent on experience.
The Role:
- Development of polymer coatings (PU, epoxy, silicone) used for electrical encapsulation
- Experience dealing with customers (technical support) and suppliers (raw material sourcing)
- Experience maintaining technical documentation - specifications, SDSs, lab reports
- Ensuring a high standard of H&S in the lab
The Person:
- Chemistry based educational background
- Industrial knowledge of polymer coatings used in electronic applications
- Happy in a hands on R&D role
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
