A leading Food Manufacturing Business is currently recruiting for Analytical Chemistry Technician to join their busy Technical Team.
This is a permanent role, operating on a 3pm-12am shift (Monday - Thursday, 36 hours per week), salary is dependant on experience.
The Role:
- Analysing raw materials and finished products using UV/Vis Spectroscopy, GC-FID & particle sizing techniques
- Completing and maintaining laboratory documentation - lab records, reports, etc.
- Maintaining a high level of H&S in the lab, maintaining equipment calibration/maintenance records
The company is looking for someone with industrial analytical chemistry experience, who is happy in a hands on lab role operating on an evening shift. Experience in the above techniques and experience in the food industry is advantageous, but not essential.
