A successful Contract Testing Organisation is recruiting for a Senior Analytical Chemist to join their bust Technical Team. This is a permanent role, paying around £30,000.
The Role:
- Ensuring client samples are prepared, tested and reported to agreed timescales
- Hands on instrumental analysis, as well as method development, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, etc.
- Providing technical support and training to junior team members
- Completing and managing technical documentation - lab reports, UKAS records, etc.
We're looking for candidates with good working knowledge of GC-MS and/or LC-MS (the company is happy to review candidates with expertise with of these). We're looking for someone with great attention to detail and communication skills, who is happy in a hands on laboratory based role.
