CK Group are recruiting for a Brand Category Development Team Leader to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Maidenhead on a contract basis for 3 months.
Salary:
Hourly £29.00 per hour PAYE
Brand Category Development Team Leader Role:
Lead the development of the in-store / on-line look of success for the category across all key customers and ensure impactful shopper solutions are put in place to support the vision.
? Work with Business Unit Heads to develop activity plans that deliver against customer needs, company aspirations and instore targets
? Lead category vision engagement and deployment for their given category, directly and through team as appropriate.
? Develop contact strategy to deliver plans and secure joint value creation category projects.
? Be the specialist on category performance and drivers for customers, drive external orientation and lead competitor insight
Your Background:
· Thorough knowledge of retail environment.
· Deep understanding of shopper needs / data sources.
· Ability to develop strong relationships across multiple partners
· Strong leadership skills to set the direction and ethos of the team
· Previous experience of shaping customer / channel needs, through in-depth business knowledge.
