In this role you will advise clients on food safety and to deliver training in Food Safety Management.
Skills and Experience required
Degree in a relevant scientific subject or equivalent (e.g. experience).
Applications from new graduates would be welcomed.
Food industry experience in a technical or quality management role within a food manufacturing environment
Demonstrable understanding of HACCP principles. You will be supported to get to HACCP Level 4.
Knowledge of auditing - training can be given when you start.
Good verbal and communication skills to support business development.
Effective time management skills relating to effective delivery and business practices.
Full UK/EU driving licence.
Basic project management skills from recent experience.
IT literate, a working knowledge of PowerPoint.
