Healthcare Advertising Associate Director

Fantastic opportunity to join a multi award winning healthcare communications agency!

This opportunity is within their advertising team in London but they work closely with teams in other disciplines of healthcare communications such as medical education, PR, policy and clinical trials. There are lots of chances to work on cross-discipline projects adding variety to the work. The agency has a strong global presence with multiple UK offices as well as offices in New York and Sydney.

In this Associate Director role you'll work on a range of accounts and be a key part of the leadership team. You will have the following responsibilities -

*Responsible for the running of accounts across all aspects (including financial processes and profitability)
*Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and actively seek opportunities to grow your account
*Responsible for overseeing and guiding the brand strategy and tactics, and communicate to your teams, so everyone is aligned
*Approach your accounts from a holistic marketing perspective and understand how digital strategies and engagements can transform a brand; you will look at promotion across all media channels, understanding medical communications and its role in the marketing mix to develop outcomes that meet client objectives
*Work closely with internal teams (creative, planning, digital strategy, media etc.) to ensure that you are recommending the best and most innovative solutions to client needs
*Proactively manage relationships with clients and always be on the lookout for opportunities to strengthen or build new relationships within your teams
*Ability to easily flex your style to adapt to various client corporate cultures

To be considered you will need experience of working in a healthcare advertising agency at this level or have proven experience and readiness to take this next step up. We're looking for someone who is aware of the latest trends in HCP and patient engagement and communications and likes to consider new ways of doing things
