An innovative medical devices company are looking to recruit a Scientific Trainer to join their learning and development (L&D) team. The company works on diagnostic products and last year launched their product into the healthcare market.

The Job
The successful Scientific Trainer will work within the L&D team on a range of duties to make sure that staff are appropriately trained in accordance with the appropriate ISO standards for the medical devices industry;
- Design and deliver practical training programmes and assessments on a range of areas including manufacturing, quality & compliance and QC
- Conduct inductions for new starters to ensure competence with equipment, systems and processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, continuously improving them
- Work in collaboration with different departments to implement training
- Ensure training reflects a range of learning styles
Your Experience
The successful individual will have the following skills and experience;
- Proven experience working in an L&D role within the scientific sector - preferably the pharmaceuticals or medical devices industry.
- Experience working within a GMP environment
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast paced environment
