Field Service Engineer - Electro-Mechanical Medical Devices - Italy
A growing Medical Devices company are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to help with their servicing of Electro-Medical Medical Devices within hospitals and private surgeries.
You will need to be based in Italy; specific location is not important as long as you are able to cover the whole of Italy easily. I would expect Milan, Rome, Naples and other large cities that offer easy routes to the rest of Italy to be ideal.
As you will be working on Medical Devices within a healthcare environment, you will ideally have worked as a Field Service Engineer previously in the Medical Devices sector. Specifically, past work experience on electro-mechanical or electro-medical devices will be essential.
Your role will involve installation, maintenance, repairing and replacing of large electro-mechanical medical devices, involving offering advice and training to the people using the technology.
You will need to be able to speak, read and write in both English and Italian to be able to service your customers and relay back to the head office in the UK.
If your experience has not been on Medical Devices but has been in a highly regulated field such as pharmaceutical, life-sciences or another field that may have involved working within cleanrooms.
Problem solving and fault-finding is very important in this role. If you have any hobbies that help you expand on your skills in this area, I'd suggest also including this on your CV as you make an application.
You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary, benefits package and career opportunities and training as the company grows.
