The Company

An innovative medical devices company are looking for a Project Manager to join their busy projects team to lead a variety of projects. The company work on a variety of diagnostic assays and last year launched their product into market and are continuing their growth providing industry-leading products to the healthcare market.

This company has a fantastic reputation in the market and a friendly and welcoming culture. They are currently increasing their product range so now is a really exciting time to join them.

The Job

The successful Project Manager will lead project teams on a variety of projects to make sure assigned projects are delivered on schedule from concept to post-launch. This role will involve a variety of duties, including;

  • Leading assay development projects from concept to after launch
  • Developing comprehensive project plans - including schedules, tasks, budget and timelines
  • Managing project documentation, making sure that regulations are met (e.g. ISO 13485 or FDA regulations)
  • Dealing with project risk analysis and mitigation plans
  • Ensure project progress is measured and reported to leadership

Your Experience

The successful applicant will have the following skills/experience;

  • Proven experience of project management within a related industry (Biotechnology, Medical Devices or Life Sciences)
  • Experience with regulations including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations
  • A BSc or above
  • It would be highly advantageous for you to have a project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or APMP
