Physics Manager - Medical Devices Development - Cambridge
A growing Medical Devices and Life Sciences company, based in Cambridge, are currently looking for a Physics Manager or Team Leader to help lead a small Physics Division in the development of a new Medical Device, that also has Life Sciences applications.
Ideally you with have a scientific background within biophysics, ideally MEMS, Microfulidics or another complex field that mixes physics and biology.
You will need to have worked either in industry or a post-doc role for a number of years, ideally moving into a management role for at least a couple of years. Despite you leading a small team of physicists, you will still be working hands on with the development yourself.
Knowledge of COMSOL and fluid-dynamics will be highly advantageous, but not essential.

It is expected that you would hold a PhD within a Physics, BioPhysics or other relevant subject.
