Global Medical Sales Strategy Director Berkshire 111,500 (DOE) + Car allowance + Bonus with an accelerator

A global manufacturer of health and hygiene products is now in need of a Global Medical Sales Strategy Director who can come on board and identify and solve country/ region-specific sales, commercial and strategic challenges.

Responsibilities: -

Developing the strategy including forming the hypotheses, synthesising the conclusions and developing presentations to senior management
Leading the planning and execution of analysis to derive organisational and commercial recommendations based on ROI models from attained data sources, with the support of a Senior Manager and Senior Analyst
Implementing change through clear implementation plans and follow-up of the agreed market action plans
Leading and coaching the local and global project team throughout the projects
Supporting the building of organisational structures and work plans that deliver efficient commercial strategies for Healthcare Field Sales, Medical Sales Teams, Key Account and Trade Marketing organisations.
Managing and leading special strategic projects, including M&A and business development/ due diligence activities, integration strategies, and BU strategies

Essential skills and experiences: -

5-7 years prior FMCG experience
Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating mindset
Proven experience in project management and systematic analysis
Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships within a multi-cultural organisation
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
Strong communication skills, both written and oral (in English)
Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve, develop strategies, tactics and to translate opportunities into measurable implementation

Desired Skills and Experiences: -

Degree - MBA
Second Language

The successful Global Medical Sales Strategy Director will be expected to travel 25-30%, including international travel which may require occasional weekend work.
