My client is an international player in the medical devices industry. They are market leader in multiple segments and have a very good reputation in the industry. Currently they are expanding there Customer Technical Support team with a strong German speaker. In this role you will be the first line of support to help customers in using their products. You will also work closely together with the technical service team and advice on what reparations or replacements need to be done.
Using your scientific background you will get training from the very first day in how the different product works. This will help to build your experience in the industry and start your professional career. You will be based in an office where there is another senior specialist and the team leader. They can teach you the ropes and develop you in a successful Customer Technical Support Specialist.

To be successful:
* Masters or Phd in biochemistry, biology, molecular biology, Bio-Engineering, industrial engineering
* Fluency in German (written and spoken)
* Fluency in English
* Willingness to learn on the job
* Living in the Sint-Niklaas area (Belgium) or willing to relocate
* Valid work permit
