Purchase Ledger Supervisor/Senior Purchase Ledger
Location: South Cambridge
Salary: 25,000-30,000 depending on experience + outstanding benefits package

A vacancy has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor, to manage a Purchase Ledger Clerk and report directly in the Group Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to join a settled and friendly team and help add value to a fantastic company.
Supervising the Purchase Ledger Clerk
Entering Purchase invoices onto Sage and Company Credit Card expenses onto Sage
Ensuring correct coding and sign off of all invoices for payment
Paying supplier invoices (UK and international)
Carry out bank reconciliations in conjunction with the Accounts Assistant
Preparing some supplier related accruals at each month end
Analysing costs as required using templates
Significant experience Purchase Ledger role, with experience of handling complex invoices
You will have intermediate MS Excel skills
You will be a team player as well as able to work on your own and able to supervise and mentor one member of staff.
You will be organised, energetic, enthusiastic, attentive to detail and have a good sense of humour.
