Evidence Generation Manager

Well known global pharmaceutical company are looking for a Evidence Generation specialist to join their team focusing on Real World Evidence. This a unique opportunity to join a highly strategic and growing team focusing on multiple therapy areas including Oncology, rare diseases and diabetes. You will be central in providing expertise and developing the strategy for RWE across the UK and Nordics region, ensuring customer needs are met and aligning this to the global evidence strategy.

Partnering with cross functional groups within the business such as medical affairs, HTA and local brands to align the regional and global strategy
Providing real world evidence solutions by taking accountability to ensure the evidence planning and development and appropriate scientific methods are selected
Strategise the business plan in regards to evidence generation and research and build relationships with third parties and vendors for access to external data sources
Project manage RWE study timelines, budgets, leading the dissemination of RWE information including development, preparation and presentation of abstracts, posters and manuscripts

Essential Requirements:
Relevant qualification in epidemiology, statistics, observational research or equivalent
Strong project management capabilities
Ability to demonstrate working within a highly strategic role in a complex matrix environment
Excellent communication skills
Experience working within a pharmaceutical company

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment in a close knit team. You will have the opportunity to lead the functional area within the UK and be the main affiliate point of contact to steer the development of RWE.
