Regulatory Specialist - REACh and CLP

Our client is a leading speciality chemicals organisation offering an interesting set of products within industry. They have a rich history of established products and established raw material ranges. This breadth of products, on offer suggests anybody joining will have a broad product range to be exposed to.

As a Regulatory professional and utilising your chemistry background you will assess product formulations and understand the chemistry related to it. This will be crucial in understanding and interacting with the customers of the company such as super market chains who are their customers.

This will mean working with the regulatory department as a technical coordinator to provide technical support and management of artworks and labels . As a Regulatory specialist you will play a central role in compliance and stewardship as well as managing regulatory systems.

You will be working with safety data sheets, classification and labelling as well as REACh compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to degree level within Chemistry. BSc or MSc in Chemistry.

Ideally experience working as a chemist within formulations for a Chemical organisation.

Ideally experience within a chemical compliance / legislation.

Strong regulatory systems experience, experience building a regulatory system and implementing it. Whether it be records maintenance and management of artwork and labels.
