An opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain professional with a multinational Pharmaceutical company.
Location: South East Cambridgeshire/South West Suffolk
Salary: 26 p/h
Duration: 12 months
To maintain the Master Production schedule across all relevant time horizons, including short term & medium to long term
To constantly review the plan to maintain its validity and stability monitor day to day changes and report the effects these changes may have on the overall plan.
To ensure all raw materials and packaging are accurately scheduled and liaise with Purchasing to ensure the supply is on time and to react quickly and effectively to sub-standard or late deliveries.
Attend and present at the departments routine production planning meeting and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Manage inventory for raw materials and packaging these include system planning parameters
Be able to make accurate and legitimate delivery commitments to our customers and work with the relevant core team members to ensure the deliveries are ready on-time.
Qualifications/ Experience Required:
Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Clinical Supply
Experience gained within a Life Sciences organisation
Effective all round communicator with very good written, verbal and presentational skills
Experience in an ERP system (SAP/Athena)
