Summary / Heading
A leading global MedComms agency is looking for an Associate Medical Writer (AMW) to join their writing teams on a number of accounts, creating high-quality copy for a wide range of medical education and communications materials.

You will be utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills to not only create and develop accurate scientific copy for a variety of materials but work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and have experience of writing scientific content as well as a keen interest in progressing in a Medical Communications career.

Role / Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
Work to create and develop medical communication/education materials.
Develop a strong knowledge of therapy areas, client products and competitors.
Liaise confidently with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Candidate Requirements:
PhD qualification (Life Sciences) or relevant work experience/internship
Passion for developing career in Medical Communications.
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
High level of organisation and time-management.
Pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic.
