Role: Remediation Engineer / Project Manager
Location: UK North
£30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
I am currently looking for an aspiring project manager to join a NEW Remediation team in Leeds that sits within an existing consultancy. You will be working on a range of projects both large and small (£200K-£500K on average with some larger ones). You will be one of the first new members of the team and sitting under the Director and will be tasked with going out on site and carrying out site works as well as being trained and developed in your project management skills.
The prospects of this role are far higher than a standard Remediation Engineering role due to the fact that you will be helping to grow the region and will subsequently be resposible for training and developing junior staff members.
Some responsibilities/requirements include:
* Site based delivery of remediation and investigation projects;
* Excellent health and safety standards;
* Production of technical reports and documents;
* Subcontractor selection and management;
* Liaison with statutory authorities and other stakeholders;
* Assist in the design and planning of remediation schemes.
* Estimating, design
* Project Management
You will ideally have 5+ years of experience, preferably including good quality contracting experience.
