Regulatory Affairs Advisor - Product Safety - EHS - Chemicals - Environmental - Perm - Kent - £Comp + Excellent company benefits

A global leader in the speciality chemical industry is currently seeking for a Regulatory Affairs Advisor to join their Product Safety team on a permanent basis. You will take a primary focus and key role in ensuring that the organisation complies with all product safety product safety legislations to the supply of chemical products.

Whilst compliance is essential, the team also plays a key role in helping shape the legislative framework process to find workable business solutions.

Regulatory Affairs Advisor Duties
*To review, coordinate and create technical data related to hazard assessment, preparation of hazard labelling and provision of product safety documentation.
*Take responsibility for collating and submitting health, safety and environmental (EHS) performance data - working closely alongside other internal functions to demonstrate positive performance.

Regulatory Affairs Advisor Requirements
*You will possess a degree qualification in a Chemistry/Environmental Science or relevant scientific subject.
*Ideally you will have current/previous knowledge of product safety related legislations - including the transport of dangerous goods.
*The ability to contribute and perform within team related projects and have a pro-active approach to learning with a keen interest in regulatory affairs.
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic coupled with excellent communication skills.
*Due to the nature of role, it is essential to have an eye for detail and confident in using IT systems - ensuring all data is updated and maintained in accordance with legislations.
